ST. CROIX DISTRICT ANNOUNCES VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION FOR CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 27, 2024

The Virgin Islands Department of Education (VIDE) informs the public that due to heavy rainfall on Monday, February 26th, which resulted in flooding at the St. Croix Central High School campus, students were dismissed early. Students, parents, and guardians are advised that Central High School will operate virtually on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, to ensure the continuity of instruction. Students will meet with their teachers via Teams during class hours. Assignments will be provided to students in Teams and Schoology.

The Central High School campus will undergo assessment and cleaning to prepare for the resumption of in-person learning on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. All other schools in the St. Croix District will maintain their regular, in-person schedules.
